      The guest (or lead guest in a group) is usually held responsible for any damages caused by their group during their stay. 
    3. Personal Belongings:
      Homestays often disclaim responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings, so guests are advised to carry insurance. 
    4. Guest Conduct:
      Guests are expected to behave responsibly, including regarding noise levels and use of host facilities.

    1. Smoking: Smoking may be permitted only in designated areas. 
    2. Parking: Parking is usually at the guest's own risk. 
    3. Payment: Payment terms vary; some hosts may require full payment in advance, while others may accept payment upon arrival. 
    4. Booking Fees: Booking fees may be non-refundable, according to some platforms. 
    5. Check-in/Check-out: Specific check-in and check-out times are usually established, often with variations for weekday and weekend arrivals. 
    6. Meal Plans: The host family may offer different meal plan options, such as self-catering, bed and breakfast, half board, or full board. 
    7. House Rules: These may include specific rules regarding internet usage, bathroom etiquette, noise levels, and visitor policies.

  9. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
